Parkway Developments Ltd. are part of The Wedge Group of companies, now based in Hertford. The Wedge family has been trading since 1923 in the business of roofing, merchanting and property developement.

Parkway specialise in the procurement and execution of bespoke schemes; we take particular pride in our meticulous attention to detail. Much of the work which the team here has managed, is in the new build sector, including high specification air-conditioned office space, luxury apartment schemes and individual executive homes.

We excute the construction process ourseleves and are renowned for getting the right scheme, covering everything from category of use, through achieving attractive elevations, to excellent internal layouts and specifications, on any individual site.

We have extensive in-house expertise in areas including land acquisition, planning, project management, site safety and construction procurement. The team have been building and developing since 1986. We take particular care of all of our customers, managing such service from Director level.
